Holi Krishna Festival of Colors

Ashley and I were among the estimated 10,000 revelers participating in the annual Holi Krishna Festival of Colors at the Krishna Temple in Spanish Fork, Utah. I was not assigned to cover this by the paper, but still wanted to experience this amazing festival. One of the most important Hindu holidays of the year, the celebration rejoices the coming of Spring and the victory of good over evil. We left covered in a rainbow of colored powder and got some interesting looks from other drivers on the highway...and I am still sneezing pink snot.

(and yes, the camera was covered and emerged unscathed)
