Sundance

I got to play a paparazzi this past week during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Many celebs were out promoting their films and mingling with the locals. I will admit that I did get a little bit excited when I (once literally) ran into and photographed them on the street. The red carpet was a crazy experience with dozens of photographers crammed into a 4x6 pen, all shouting out to the stars, begging them look their way. I am glad I don't have to shoot like this everyday.

How fun. Cool photos. I'm a little jealous, but I know I'd make a horrible paparazzi. When the shades and hats come on, I don't think I would recognize any celebrity. Except maybe Gary Coleman.

I hate it when people/friends call me a paparazzi (even in jest), but it looks like you had some fun for a few days.

I like the way you took a different approach from the typical "look this way and flash them in the face" sort of photos we're so used to seeing of celebrities. I particularly like the one of Anthony Hopkins and the one of the woman (whoever she is) laughing in the photobooth (the smiling photo on the side of the booth really completes that image.) Anyway, very nicely done.
