I saw two amazing women sing at Red Butte Gardens. Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Mavis Staples and Bettye Lavette. Lavette sang with intense passion and emotion, baring her soul for the audience. Staples was equally amazing, singing hits such as "I'll Take You There," "Lets Do It Again," "Have A Little Faith," and "Eyes On The Prize."
