Thank you for the note. For this picture, 6 Canon strobes were used and were triggered via the infrared ST-E2 transmitter. There were 2 in upper front corners cross lighting the scene and another one high and to left to light the net. The other 3 were positioned behind the players to the left, center and right of them to help provide the rim light and also to light some of the turf. Hope this helps.

That’s some superb lighting. I’ve seen a lot of through-the-net portraits, but this one really stands out. Great photo. What was your light set up?
