Cache County rancher Joe Fuhriman is donating 1 ton of hay and challenging others to do the same to help central Utah ranchers whose ranges were burned in the largest fire in state history. The state estimates cost of the hay to help ranchers struggling to feed herds is $3.8 million, which will force some to sell of their herds.
