Here are some pictures from the North American Gelande Ski and Telemark Jumping Championships held at Snowbird. Rolf Wilson (pic #3) finished in first place with a score of 792.50 and set a new Snowbird hill record distance of 240 feet.

BYU held a Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament Friday afternoon. 765 people paid the $5 entry fee in hopes to win the $2,500 grand prize. Each match consisted of 3 games or ‘throws.’ Who ever won 2 out of 3 games advanced to the next round. A typical match lasted less than 30 seconds. BYU freshman […]

I spent the weekend in Moab covering the 8th annual mountain unicycle festival. About 170 unicycle enthusiasts descended upon the mountain town for three days of trail riding and competitions. Yes, It’s true. Unicycles on slickrock. It was as amazing as it sounds.
