BYU freshman Melissa Smith has ten inches of her hair cut off by Erika Blanchard and Kori Frank at Brigham Young University’s Wilkinson Student Center Terrace Wednesday March 26, 2014. The Center for Service and Learning at Brigham Young University teamed up with Renaissance Academie Cosmetology and Esthetics for their biannual Locks of Love event. Female BYU students can donate their hair to disadvantaged children who suffer from medical-related hair loss.
